6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play bets are subject to market suspension at any time without notice. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. ji188 does not accept responsibility for network interruptions that prevent a player from placing or reviewing a live bet.

9.3 Under no circumstances will ji188's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your ji188 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Subject to completion of any outstanding verification or bonus wagering requirements, confirmed real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.
11.2 Termination by ji188. ji188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination for breach, ji188 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud is confirmed, may also forfeit real-money balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.
